Get ready for your big day in our brand new bridal suite and grooms suites – no need to get ready somewhere else and worry about getting to us for your ceremony, do it all at StoneHurst, sit back and relax with some mimosas and lunch.

Our outdoor ceremony space sits on a beautiful field overlooking gorgeous trees and spectacular landscaping.

At StoneHurst, we understand the immense importance of an expertly executed menu. We provide you and your guests with a feast for the senses that is every bit as visually impressive as it is appetizing. Our chefs meticulously craft unforgettable and delicious culinary displays that are professionally served with care that will impress your guests, whether it’s for a wedding or any other celebration that simply deserves the best.

About the Mansion at StoneHurst

This location is perfect for intimate weddings, engagement parties, anniversary parties, birthdays, bridal/baby showers, corporate events, christmas parties, new year’s eve parties and more. If you can imagine, we will help you to make it a reality.

 

We also plan to have formal Christmas and Thanksgiving sit down dining meals. Enjoy your holidays during an intimate setting with your family and loved ones like you have never had before.

~TABLES AND CHAIRS~
We provide tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception. Upgrades may be available for additional charges.

 

~FLOOR AND SEATING PLANS~
We can provide suggested floor plans with multiple seating arrangements to help guide you.

 

~ASSISTANCE~
Our event team will assist you in creating your memorable day. We can help advise on vendors, lodging, catering, thinking through seating plans, providing a walkthrough with your caterer, assistance on the day of your event and answering any questions you may have.

 

~PARKING~
Ample parking is available.

 

~CLEAN-UP~
After you remove all decorations, flowers and other personal items, we will take care of the clean-up of the barn and the grounds.

 

~SPACE FOR OUTDOOR SEATING~
Outdoor furniture staged can be placed around the outside patio of the Mansion.

~CART WITH DRIVER~
A golf cart with a driver from the beginning of your event to the end of the evening. Perfect for less mobile guests, and for the couple to use when doing their photography as they move around the farm.

 

~AFTER PARTY PIZZA TRUCK~
Imagine your event ending, sitting at our fire pits and enjoying some late-night cocktails with your own specialty pizza? We can make it happen. If this interests you please let your event coordinator know and we can get you some more information on how it works. We have a brand new Wood Fired Pizza Truck that we cannot wait for you to use at your event. Simply crispy & delicious.

Do you host year-round?

Yes. We are open 12 months out of the year. Perfect for summer gatherings, company picnics, weddings, birthdays, Christmas parties, new year’s parties, etc.

Can we tour the property?

Yes, of course. Please contact us to arrange a time, where a member of our Events Team will walk you around the property and answer any questions you may have.  

Do you have a list of recommended vendors?

Yes, when you book your event at, we will provide you with a comprehensive list – including caterers, local lodgings, wedding planners, florists, rentals, photographers and videographers, photo booths, bands, DJs and soloists, officiants, hair & make-up, insurance, lighting, transportation, cakes etc.

Do you offer lodging?

Not at this time.

Is the Barn air conditioned?

Yes, the Barn features air conditioning.

Is the Barn heated?

Yes, the barn has heating.

May we have a DJ or band?

Yes, but music, with the exception of music for the ceremony and cocktail hour, must be played inside the barn.

Do you have tables and chairs?

Yes, we supply the chairs, linens and napkins (extra charge for linens & napkins).
